• Reasonable pricing...I try to keep the cost as reasonable as possible so you can have access to a wonderful work of art to enjoy for a long, long time.

• I will keep you abreast of how your project is going by giving you periodic email updates during the build-up of your kit.

• My goal is to make the project with the look and feel according to the likeness of the subject and add an artistic touch where possible, however, if you have pictures of how you would like it to look you can send them along for my reference and I will try to get it as close as possible (but you need to do this before I start).

• Generally, I finish the project with a protective coating.

• I am very serious about shipping safely as I don't want my models broken during the shipping process so I double box and package as secure as I can. This will however make the shipping box larger than what is needed and shipping may be a little more, but its absolutely worth it in my opinion.
